Zu Chong-Zhi is also the name of asteroid 1964 VO1; see also 1888 Zu Chong-Zhi. Tsu Chung-Chi is a small lunar impact crater. It lies to the west-southwest of the crater Leonov, and to the northeast of the large walled plain Mendeleev. To the north is the Mare Moscoviense, one of the few maria. (wikipedia entry)

A crater is a circular depression likely created by an impact event. On the Moon they are named after deceased scientists, polar explorers, astronauts or cosmonauts.
