Buisson (Moon)

Named after Henri Buisson - French physicist, astronomer (1873-1944).

Buisson is a lunar crater on the far side. Nearly attached to the southeast rim is the crater Vesalius. To the southwest is Einthoven. The rim of this crater is somewhat worn, and is lowest in the north. (wikipedia entry)

A crater is a circular depression likely created by an impact event. On the Moon they are named after deceased scientists, polar explorers, astronauts or cosmonauts.
