Tempe Terra (Mars)

From albedo feature at 40N, 70W.

Tempe Terra is a heavily cratered highland region in the northern hemisphere of the planet Mars. The region also contains a large number of small shield volcanoes, lava flows, and other volcanic structures. The name comes from the Vale of Tempe, a valley located south of Mount Olympus and celebrated by the ancient Greeks for its beauty. (wikipedia entry)

A terra is an extensive land mass. On Mars they are named after the nearest named albedo feature on the Schiaparelli or Antoniadi maps.
