Lucaria Tholus (Vesta)
Ancient Roman feast held on July 19 when the Romans, defeated and pursued by the Gauls, retired and concealed themselves in the woods.
A tholus is a small domical mountain or hill. On Vesta they are named after places and festivals associated with vestal virgins.
