Traditional name of the Welsh Otherworld where sparkling wine is the normal beverage, and age and sickness are unknown.
A regio is a large area marked by reflectivity or color distinctions from adjacent areas, or a broad geographic region. On Europa they are named after places associated with Celtic myths.
