Danel (Ganymede)

Phoenician; mythical hero versed in art of divination.

Danel /ˈdeɪnəl/ was a culture hero who appears in an incomplete Ugaritic text of the fourteenth century BCE at Ugarit Syria, where the name is rendered DN'IL, "El is judge". (wikipedia entry)

A crater is a circular depression likely created by an impact event. On Ganymede they are named after gods and heroes of ancient Fertile Crescent people.
