Nicholson Regio (Ganymede)
Named after Seth Barnes Regio - American astronomer (1891-1963).
A regio is a large area marked by reflectivity or color distinctions from adjacent areas, or a broad geographic region. On Ganymede they are named after astronomers who discovered Jovian satellites.
