Neptunalia Dorsa (Vesta)
Roman festival held on July 23 in the heat of the summer to honor Neptunus, god of water.
A dorsum is a ridge, sometimes called a wrinkle ridge. On Vesta they are named after places and festivals associated with vestal virgins.
