Fictional flying island in Jonathan Swift's Gulliver's Travels.
A regio is a large area marked by reflectivity or color distinctions from adjacent areas, or a broad geographic region. On Phobos they are named after deceased scientists involved with the discovery, dynamics, or properties of the martian satellites, and people and places from Jonathan Swift's "Gulliver's Travels".
