Lagado Planitia (Phobos)

Named after the Fictional city in Jonathan Swift's Gulliver's Travels, ruled by a tyrannical king from the flying island Laputa.

A planitia is a low plain. On Phobos they are named after deceased scientists involved with the discovery, dynamics, or properties of the martian satellites, and people and places from Jonathan Swift's "Gulliver's Travels".
